Drugs & Alcohol
Drug and alcohol use and impairment in the workplace has become a prominent issue of recent times with many large corporations moving to introduce compulsory testing. Of course this is not an exhaustive list of OHS issues faced by the industry, rather a sample of the common ones. Each individual site has its own idiosyncrasies and OHS issues to address through consultation between the employer and employee representatives.
